Roughflow is a wireframing app built to be used offline, on your own device, without an account. This page explains what that means in plain language, split into the app and this website, since they handle data differently.
Every Rough you create, every frame, primitive, tag, and flow edge, is stored locally on your device. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, and nothing is synced to a server. Roughflow does not run analytics or crash reporting inside the app, and it does not collect, transmit, or sell any data about you or your wireframes. When you export a spec, that file goes wherever you choose to save or share it: Roughflow itself never sees it.
Browsing roughflow.com does not collect any personal information. The only data this site gathers is an email address, and only if you choose to submit one to the waitlist form. That email is stored via push1kb's shared signup service (the same infrastructure used across push1kb's other products) and is used solely to notify you about Roughflow's launch and related product updates. We do not share or sell your email to any third party.
If you'd like your email removed from the waitlist at any time, contact us using the address below and we'll take care of it.
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Since the app collects nothing to begin with, future changes are expected to be about the website and waitlist, not the app's local-only data model.
